September 23, 2011 — Open Virtualization Alliance adds members.
The Open Virtualization Alliance said this week that it has added 134 new members since June. The group, which promotes the open source Kernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM), has doubled its membership since it was first launched in June to a total of more than 200 companies. New members include Acronis, Broadcom, CA, Fujitsu, Hitachi, Joyent, NEC, NetApp, Quest Software, VKernel, Xsigo and Zenoss. Read more
