As the racing season comes to a close and thoughts turn from training to turkey and stuffing, the Joyent Endurance Team (JET) is looking to burn some calories in the California International Marathon and the North Face Trail Challenge races in their sights to wrap up what's been a stellar year so far.
The team, including some new members as well as some wonderful volunteers, raced and completed the 190 mile Ragnar Relay from San Francisco to Calistoga, CA. For most, this was their first 24-hour relay race experience. JET excelled, with our co-ed team finishing 5th in the Corporate Men's division, an effort good for 64th overall out of the 296 teams that finished.
Kudos also go out to Jason Hoffman for completing the Tour of Napa Valley ride, Jackson West for racing the LA Triathlon, Laurel Reitman for swimming the Tiburon Mile (in a blazing time), Chris Arisian for completing the Big Kahuna 70.3 half Ironman, and David Young and Brian Brown for riding to the top in the Mt. Diablo Challenge ride.
Congrats to all and keep on racing!
