Accelerator customers: As of 11:59am, on November 7, 2012, our legacy cloud that housed accelerator accounts has been turned off. If you require assistance, please contact us via email at support@joyent.com. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.

no.de customers: There are two options for our no.de customers; spin up an instance on our new cloud infrastructure or if you are needing a PaaS, migrate to Nodejitsu. Nodejitsu offers newer versions of Node.js, great customer support, features like WebSockets and multi-cloud deployment targets (coming soon!) all on the best operating systems to run your Node.js application.

Shared Hosting customers (A.K.A TextDrive Customers): TextDrive will be live at the end of November and will be offered as a separate hosting provider. Shared hosting customers will be migrated to new, modern, and efficient infrastructure. Service will not be interrupted. For updates, news, and community please visit the new TextDrive forum.
