In 2005, at age 31, Bryan Cantrill set the IT world on fire by inventing something called "DTrace" a realtime way to test software problems that changed diagnostics forever. He was working for Sun Microsystems at the time. After Oracle acquired Sun, Cantrill moved to cloud company Joyent. There he became the face of "node.js" another technology setting the programming world on fire.
