@izs' Node.js World Tour

Joyent has sent our own Isaac Z. Schlueter, the gatekeeper of Node.js, out on a Node.js world tour. He’s traveling with some nodesters-in-arms, Mikeal Rogers and Charlie Robbins.

Isaac’s first stop was Sydney, Australia for JSConf AU held on November 15. He spoke at the sold out conference on the new Readable Stream interface in Node.js 0.10: What's new in the interface, how it works for files, tcp sockets, and other streaming data sources, and what went into making such a core change to Node.js at this stage of its development.

As I write this post, Isaac is on his way to Tokyo, Japan where he is a special guest of NodeFest. He’ll be delivering the keynote address at 10:30 am on November 18th.

The world tour doesn’t stop there, next stop for Isaac is a visit to a Korean Node.js community also known as @octoberskyjs. At the PlayNode Conference in Seoul, Issac will again have the honor of delivering the keynote address, 10 am on November 20th.

Isaac is posting some great photos on his twitter feed documenting his travels, head over to see more of the Node.js world.
